I was raised in
Canon
City
and lived here until I was 17 when my family moved to the
Denver
area. After moving back
in 2003, to raise our family in a smaller town, my husband Tim and our 7
wonderful children are thrilled to call Canon home.
Serving women and showing them the incredible love that Jesus has
for them has always been close to my heart.
It is the desire of the staff and volunteers to give the hope that
comes only from a relationship with the Lord to the people who walk
through the doors of the center. Every
client is a new chance to walk with someone and show them the grace that
Christ has given to us all

I started at the center as a volunteer in June
2001 and those who have been part of the center for the past five years
have seen the many seasons I have gone through here at the center.
In March of 2003 I was married to a wonderful man named
Troy
. He and I have been busy the
past three years trying to finish his schooling.
As of May 2006 he will be finished and will be looking for a job as
a paramedic. He recently was
hired as part of the volunteer fire department here in Canon and we are
really excited about the opportunities this will bring.
But more exciting than that, we are expecting our first child in
August 2, 2006 and we really look forward to the exciting adventure we are
beginning.

Hi, I'm Pam and I have been here at the center for just over a
month. I am excited about the work that goes on here at the center.
I am grateful for the opportunity to be a part of something so
beneficial and forward thinking as the ATOMIC Jr. Teen Advisor
Program. I have been married for 15 years and have three children.
God uses people and past experiences to honor Him. This is no less true in my life, that is why I am here and looking forward to
working with the middle school kids in our community.
